Introduction
I’ve been with World Travel Holdings for over a year, initially joining the business as a CRM Executive. In that role, I focused on managing and improving customer communications, helping to deliver personalised campaigns and support customer retention through targeted email marketing. After gaining a strong understanding of the customer journey and internal systems, I progressed into the role of Marketing Executive for SixStarCruises, one of our specialist luxury cruise brands. In this position, I’ve been responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end campaign strategies, writing and producing content across multiple channels—including email, web, and social media—and ensuring that all activity aligns with the premium positioning of the brand. I also oversee the day-to-day brand marketing, working closely with partners and internal teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality presence in the luxury cruise market.
Previous Experience
Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to experience a variety of cruise products first-hand, giving me a strong understanding of both ocean and river cruising from a customer and brand perspective. I’ve visited several ships across the luxury and premium market, including Azamara Quest and Silversea’s Silver Spirit, gaining valuable insight into the onboard experience, service levels, and unique selling points of each line.
Most recently, I had the chance to embark on a river cruise aboard AmaSonata with AmaWaterways, sailing the Danube from Vienna to Budapest. This experience was particularly memorable—not only for the stunning scenery and culturally rich itinerary, but also for the opportunity to see how the river cruise product differs in pace and style compared to ocean cruising. Being on board allowed me to better understand the customer appeal of river cruising and appreciate the personal touches and immersive experiences that define the AmaWaterways brand. These ship visits and sailings have been invaluable in helping me represent our brands with authenticity and depth.
