River cruising has shown me that you can discover a wealth of fascinating spots simply because you are sailing through them - including many places I may never have discovered otherwise.
An unforgettable memory for me was the first time I visited Vienna, where I attended a classical concert, explored Schönbrunn Palace and visited the Spanish Riding School, all whilst enjoying a city that blends culture and elegance so effortlessly!
My favourite river cruise line is Scenic - best known for being truly all-inclusive, which makes the entire experience effortless. Plus, combined with the luxury of butler service, delicious dining and fine wines, each moment on board feels polished and indulgent.
