My role has involved creating, optimising, and maintaining on-site content to ensure it is engaging and up to date, as well as producing print materials that effectively communicate our brand messages. I have planned and executed targeted email marketing campaigns, managed social media platforms to boost engagement, and utilised browser notifications to reach customers directly. Additionally, I have coordinated with third-party partners to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.
I have crafted content for every cruise line partner across the business, covering a broad spectrum from mainstream to luxury and river cruises.
